My Monark can't connect to the computer. What do I do?
Check that :
- All cables are connected properly.
- The bike is powered on.
- The right com-port is selected in the Monark software (in Windowsin device manager you will see its number*)
- The right drivers are installed
* Com-ports in Windows device manager
*Com-port number in the Monark 939E analysis software: select "File->Settings->Connection" from the menu

How do I change a folder's user rights?
You grant access to the folder by right-clicking on the folder and choose Properties -> Security-> click ”Edit…” -> ”Add…” and write ”Everyone” and press ”OK” Choose ”Everyone” from the list and click ”Full Control” then click ”OK”.
